Ozone Naturals orders are shipped and delivered by Canada Post or Fed Ex on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1 - 2 business days, depending on product availability. Express orders placed by 2PM ET will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Please note that a signature may be required upon delivery for Express deliveries.  Shipping to select rural or remote destinations may result in extended shipping times. Please note Express Service may not be available for some remote destinations.

OTHER LOCATIONS

Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6-14 business days.  APO/FPO/DPO and U.S. Territories are delivered within 14-21 business days of the order's ship date. Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days. 

 

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Some items sold by Ozone Naturals require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. At Ozone Naturals, we comply with these regulations therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible. If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. If you wish to provide a physical address in Canada to which we can deliver, we will be happy to ship your full order.

Shipments to Forwarding Companies

Ozone Naturals is not responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a forwarding company. This means that Ozone Naturals is not responsible to provide a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a forwarding company. If you choose to use a forwarding company, we recommend requesting the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice alerting you to the cancellation. You will be refunded for any cancelled items. If you are interested in placing a new order or if you have questions about a cancelled order, please contact us on [email protected]

ONLINE RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS

  • Please fill out the "Return Section" of the invoice (the invoice is enclosed in your original order) and place it inside the return package. Be sure to retain a copy of the invoice for your records. If you are returning a gift, please check the box marked "Gift Return" on the back of the invoice.

 

  • For your convenience, we have provided an address label on the invoice that should be affixed to the outside of the return package. If the label is not available, all returns should be addressed to (return postage is required):

  • For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. We're sorry; return shipping fees are not refundable. In the case of damaged items, please refer to Damaged Items.

DAMAGED ITEMS

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at [email protected]

Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
